The energy source cards support teams (and team members) in paying attention to the flow and interchange of collective energy. Each of the five energy source cards (efficacy, flexibility, craftsmanship, consciousness and interdependence) has specific performance indicators that informs when collaborative energy is low or high. The cards also include sample questions so team members can easily mediate the group's energy as needed to support higher collective performance.
