Training Associates

Ashleigh Gibson currently serves as the Senior Administrator of Professional Learning and Coaching in Wake County Public Schools located in Raleigh, NC. Wake County is the largest public school system in the state, serving approximately 198 schools and 159,000 students. Ashleigh specializes in coaching and training leaders, teachers, and support staff in the areas of coaching, communication, and leadership skills. Her current work includes the development of a coaching framework intended to positively impact educational outcomes by promoting more resourceful individuals and organizations utilizing coaching as a default function.

Ashleigh is a Training Associate for Thinking Collaborative and is authorized to offer Cognitive Coaching Seminars. Additionally, she holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Ball State University and an M.A. in School Administration from North Carolina State University.

Ashleigh enjoys the North Carolina beaches and mountains, time with family and friends, and cooking. Her most prized role is being a mom to Luke and Mae.
