Christine Zimmerman, LISW, is a licensed social worker, published author, and passionate capacity builder. She provides coaching/reflective practice, consulting, and professional development for individuals and teams internationally through LearningWorks, LLC. Christine is on a mission to unlock purpose, cultivate resourcefulness and enhance resilience, positively impacting children, families, and communities.

Christine brings her combined experience working in early childcare and education, home visiting, community building, and leadership development to her facilitation. Her workshops offer authentic experiences that provide participants with practical skills and principles that can be implemented in a variety of settings. Along with the Adaptive Schools training, additional topics offered include effective collaboration, polarity thinking, navigating challenging conversations, and leadership development. Christine’s goal is to support each individual to have the confidence and practical skills to work through complex situations and enhance human relationships within teams, families, and children with whom they work.
