Chrysann has devoted her work in education to full time consulting and leadership coaching after thirty-two years in public education. Her service in public schools included work as a central office administrator for curriculum/staff development, a principal, a staff developer, and a teacher.

Chrysann has several special areas of expertise and experience. She has developed and implemented an instructional coach program. She has trained and supervised coaches in a very large school district. She has deep experience in leadership coaching and system change.
