Training Associates

Kelly Armitage is passionate about building capacity in others so they can make an impact on student learning and wellbeing. She is currently a Leadership Consultant and Coach, working with individuals, teams, and schools to ensure that they have an optimal impact on students while cultivating positive, equitable, and inclusive school cultures.

Kelly recently served as Elementary School Principal at International School Bangkok (ISB). Previous to that role, she served as Vice Principal and Learning Coach. She was Curriculum Coordinator at Escuela Campo Alegre (ECA) in Caracas, Venezuela and was a Consultant/Staff Developer, EAL Teacher, Classroom Teacher, and Literacy Specialist in the Boulder Valley School District in Colorado.

Kelly is a Training Associate for Adaptive Schools as well as an instructor for Principal’s Training Center (PTC), Common Ground Collaborative (CGC) and MiniPD through Faria Education Group. She has been an instructor, keynote speaker, and webinar presenter for the International Leadership and Management Programme (ILMP) through Fieldwork Education.

Kelly holds a Certificate of International School Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Social, Multicultural, and Bilingual Education with Linguistically Different Endorsements in both EAL and Bilingual Education.
