Kristie Dila is an international consultant that is passionate about helping organizations put systems in place that support collaborative teams in achieving their desired outcomes. Her mission is to build capacity within organizations so that they have the tools to effectively navigate even the most complex issues in a skillful way.

Kristie’s background includes 22 years of experience as a School Psychologist in Ludington Michigan, where she supports systems, administrators, teachers, and students with the principles, strategies, and tools to ensure the best outcomes for all students. Presently, she provides Adaptive Schools training, as well as Managing Polarities training, which supports organizations in identifying and managing competing tensions inherent in social systems.

Kristie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Developmental Psychology from DePaul University, a Master of Arts Degree in School Psychology from Central Michigan University, and a Specialist in Psychological Services from Central Michigan University.
