Pandora has devoted her career to district and organizational capacity building.

She is the owner of and primary consultant for Coaching H.O.P. E. (Helping Other People Empower). At the heart of Coaching H.O.P.E. is �. COACHING! Coaching leaders to think and plan systemically to create positive change.

Pandora is a skilled facilitator and presenter, with over 25 years of experience in a variety of educational leadership roles. She has been an administrator for a statewide LRE (Least Restrictive Environment) initiative, classroom teacher, special education teacher, co-teacher, coach, consultant, staff developer, and distance learning course developer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration.

Pandora completed a 12-month program in Non-Violent Communication (NVC), based on the work of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. It is seen as a powerful tool for peacefully resolving differences at personal, professional, and political levels.

Pandora is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP). Healing Touch is an evidence-based energy therapy. It has been widely used in diverse settings including nursing homes, hospitals, private practices, and hospice facilities.
