Ron’s 37 years in public education has included roles as teacher, principal, facilitator, coach, presenter, and faculty in higher education. He draws from a rich background of learning and experience, strongly influenced by Adaptive Schools, Cognitive Coaching, Data Dialogue, Instructional Rounds, and a broad range of researchers and thinkers. As a member of Peloton Consultant Group, he currently supports school and district teams, principals, teacher leaders, and coaches across Wisconsin and Iowa . He offers an array of professional development focused on strengthening self-directed individuals and teams.
