Training Associates

Tina Howle has been involved in the coaching community since 2003. She has been an Adaptive Schools Training Associate since 2011 and a Cognitive Coaching Training Associate since 2012. Tina works as the Director of Professional Learning for Loudoun County Public Schools in Loudoun County, Virginia. She has built the capacity of many educators with the coaching work. Tina has worked with school divisions, school boards, and numerous teachers, administrators, and educators throughout her career. She is also a certified trainer for Fierce Conversations. Previously, Tina worked in Fairfax County Public Schools supporting beginning teachers, instructional coaching, and leadership development. Tina began her educational career as a middle school English teacher in 1993.
